The Philadelphia 76ers were in need of a win following two really lackluster performances on the road.
They found themselves trailing in the fourth quarter and they turned to the man they gave a maximum contract to over the summer.
Tobias Harris scored 11 points in the fourth quarter, he had 24 in the second half total, on his way to 34 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Sixers to a 117-106 win over the Brooklyn Nets at home. “You can’t dismiss that, there is a genuine desire to win, and you can see it in his face and his actions in a locker room, it matters and he cares a lot. I think coming back to Philadelphia, we dropped two on the road, we’re still trying to find our feet, I was proud of him.”
