“I’ve got some great teammates and they believe in me. They’ve seen what I can do and they just kept imploring and empowering me and just really, confidence. I kept my confidence and that’s all. I continued to believe in myself and just went out and gave it my all.”
For a guy shot 40% from deep with the Golden State Warriors before the trade, it felt good to finally have a few shots drop for him.
“It felt to good to see shots go down,” he said. “I just tried to get going. I just remain confident in myself and I knew some shots would fall. I’m just going to continue to do the same thing.”
The Sixers will need more of this out of him when the team continues on the road trip.
