Article Summary:

The Sixers versatile forward continued his strong play on Wednesday with 22 points and five assists in a 117-109 win over the Boston Celtics at home.

“I’ve always been a confident player, but being put in those positions to be successful out there,” Harris said. “We all know the success can only go with how great the team is playing. The more we win, the better our confidence as a whole group is and for myself, just to be able to find a flow, and continue to run with a game after game, and progress.”

Philadelphia rewarded Harris with a five-year max contract in the 2019 offseason. “Making winning plays and the right play out there so that’s just been my MO. I know my role as a player, and I know what’s asked me night after night to be a leader and also to be a top player on this team and I’m embracing that.”

Philadelphia has another matchup with the Celtics on Friday.
