CBS Sports

Article Summary:

Proposed trade No. 1: Warriors cash in for Beal

  • Warriors would get: Bradley Beal, Davis Bertans
  • Wizards would get: Andrew Wiggins, James Wiseman, 2021 No. 7 overall pick, 2021 No. 14 overall pick, 2022 second-round pick

Wizards star Bradley Beal is reportedly at the top of the Warriors’ offseason wish list, according to The Athletic’s Marcus Thompson.

Proposed trade No. 2: Knicks go get Lillard

  • Knicks would get: Damian Lillard
  • Trail Blazers would get: RJ Barrett, Obi Toppin, Immanuel Quickley, Mitchell Robinson, No. 19 and 21 overall picks in 2021, 2023 first-round pick, 2025 first-round pick

It hasn’t gone as far as a full trade demand for Damian Lillard in Portland but it could easily get there if he decides he is unhappy with how the front office is surrounding him with talent.

Proposed trade No. 4: OKC uses its assets to move up

  • Thunder would get: No. 3 pick in 2021, Kevin Love
  • Cavaliers would get: No. 6 and No. 16 picks in 2021, Heat’s 2023 pick

The Ringer’s Kevin O’Connor reports that the Cleveland Cavaliers, picking No. 3 in this draft, have received “Significant trade interest” from teams trying to move into their draft slot.

Proposed trade No. 5: Suns get backup help for Ayton

  • Suns would get: Mo Bamba, No. 33 pick in 2021
  • Magic would get: Jae Crowder

Swap and sweetener deal: the Suns ship Jae Crowder to Orlando to give the Magic a starter on the wing, and in return, Phoenix gets a backup center in Mo Bamba and the No. 33 overall pick in this year’s draft.
