The Philadelphia 76ers are moving ahead into the 2021-22 season with a new star duo in the form of Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris. Harris is set to make $36 million in 2021-22 and he is coming off one of his better seasons averaging 19.5 points on 51.2% shooting overall and 39.4% shooting from deep.
Those types of numbers earn respect in this league and as Bleacher Report is predicting the top 50 players in the league for the upcoming season, Harris came in ranked at No. 45 on the list:
Harris is ranked in the top 50, but he has the 13th-highest salary in the NBA this season at $36 million. While he’s nearly a 20-point scorer who shoots almost 40 percent from three-point range, Harris needs to do more this year, especially with the uncertainty surrounding Ben Simmons’ future in Philadelphia.
